We discovered our hot water tank was failing late one evening last month. After leaving a voicemail after hours, we received a call by 8am the next morning from GoodSense. After a few conversations and an exchange of photos, we decided on the most suitable tank for our home and family at a competitive price. Adam arrived before noon the same day and had everything installed and working beautifully by mid-afternoon. He even fixed a few problems that were not properly addressed by the last tank installation. Very much enjoyed our experience with GoodSense Plumbing. A few years ago I redid my bathtub using the Bath fitter. They warranty everything for as long as you own your home. The other day the water in the tub would not shut off so we had to turn the water off to our entire house. When we called them to come fix it they said they couldn't get anyone to the house for a couple of days! On April 25, 2014, l had a new water heater installed in our home. Not only was the installation done on time and correctly, but the installer (Dan) was polite and very friendly in answering all our questions regarding the installation. He was very friendly and patient with all our inquiries about the heater and the installation itself. The price was very reasonable and included a shut off valve as an added feature for only a few dollars more. We would highly recommend Goodsense Plumbing for any homeowners needs. It's so nice to find a company that turns out so well.<br /> <br /> Forget the monosyllabic answers to my nervous pestering; they were busy thinking, and boy, they not only know how to think, they know how to perform.<br /> <br /> Adam dug out tons of mud to find a break in my water main intake. He fixed that and while waiting for it to dry, set, or whatever fixes do, I asked him if he could look at a few other things. He ended up fixing two dripping taps; put in a new kitchen tap; a new inside to a toilet I had had to hit to make it stop draining; fix the toilet seat that was falling off (showed me where the screws were to tighten it), and adjust something on my water heater.<br /> After all that I felt like asking him if he could fix the roof as well!<br /> <br /> So: Go, you small entrepreneurs. We called about a clog in the drains the week before Christmas and Dylan turned up the next morning as promised. Then we realized there was a leak coming from the hot water tank. The office rearranged things and by 1:30 our drains were augered and a new Woods Commercial grade tank installed. This is the second time I have used Good Sense and both times the guys have have been ultra polite and took the time to explain everything about what the problem was and all the steps they were taking along the way to fix things. I always get a plumbing lesson, which is fabulous. The service has been swift and a good price both times with quality work and they do the little extras to make you feel that you've had a really positive experience. They are getting a lot of word of mouth good reviews from me. Bonus, my sump pump got replaced the very morning before that awful rainstorm the other day and my new heavy duty ultra quiet pump made for a really good sleep that night! Thank you for checking that my hot water tank was still under warranty and getting me a new one for no charge. It was pretty quick service and I appreciated the installer's bits of advice. I do have a few suggestions for improvement. Bring and use a drop cloth rather than using my towels and leaving a trail of water on the floor. I think it's reasonable for you to wipe out tank residue in my tub after draining my tank. Not too serious. All in all, I think it was pretty good service.

I tried everything to unclog my kitchen sink but nothing worked out. I called GoodSense Plumbing, he came on time. Unclogged the kitchen sink pretty fast. He also checked and cleared all washroom sinks and bathtubs. Very polite and excellent service provider. He charged minimum for an hour and did all the job. Keep up your good job GoodSense!!! When we discovered our toilet was leaking into the ceiling below, these guys were the only ones who called me back. I spent almost 6 days trying to get a plumber and no one was returning my calls. GoodSense called back and worked to get someone there as soon as possible. The plumber was excellent and fixed up the botched job the plumber before had done. (hence the leak!) Thank you GoodSense.
