Would recommend to anybody. Great service.

Boxing Day Eve toilet failure. Family of five, one bathroom. In the early morning I called eight "emergency" plumbers, only 3 were taking messages. Goodsense Plumbing responded promptly and soon the plumber arrived. In 1/2 hour we were a relieved and happy family again.Thank you Goodsense!

We were without hot water for a couple of days. Our property manager called "Goodsense Plumbing" and within an hour or so they were at my home ready to take the old tank out and install the new one! First class workmanship, efficient, and friendly. Did a first class job thanks to Glen

We now have hot water!

Had a kitchen faucet to replace and two leaky pipes. All dealt with within two hours by a friendly, knowledgeable plumber. Left the site clean and took away the old material. Highly recommended.

We called about a clog in the drains the week before Christmas and Dylan turned up the next morning as promised. Then we realized there was a leak coming from the hot water tank. The office rearranged things and by 1:30 our drains were augered and a new Woods Commercial grade tank installed. Our regular plumber couldn’t see us for at least a week, but thanks to Dylan, we’re now converts to Good Sense.

I didn’t have hot water for 3 days and got Glen to come out and he figured out the problem ASAP as nobody else seemed to know.. fast, friendly service and super happy I have hot water again ! Will be using Good sense plumbing in the future .

We discovered our hot water tank was failing late one evening last month. After leaving a voicemail after hours, we received a call by 8am the next morning from GoodSense. After a few conversations and an exchange of photos, we decided on the most suitable tank for our home and family at a competitive price. Adam arrived before noon the same day and had everything installed and working beautifully by mid-afternoon. He even fixed a few problems that were not properly addressed by the last tank installation. Very much enjoyed our experience with GoodSense Plumbing. We called Goodsense Plumbing for our kitchen tap replacement. It had earlier water leakage. Goodsense made a complicated job look easy. Great service great, workmanship at a fairprice. we are very satisfied!

When we discovered our toilet was leaking into the ceiling below, these guys were the only ones who called me back. I spent almost 6 days trying to get a plumber and no one was returning my calls. GoodSense called back and worked to get someone there as soon as possible. The plumber was excellent and fixed up the botched job the plumber before had done. (hence the leak!)

Superb service from Vinni and Good Sense Plumbing! Vinni arrived 30 minutes after my call for service and his work was exemplary. He addressed 2 toilet issues in an hour and everything is flowing smoothly once again. I highly recommend this fine locally owned company!

I had a plumbing emergency, and had called around to various plumbing companies who all told me they couldn't get to me for at least 24 hours. And then I called GoodSense Plumbing. Vinny was at my door within 20 minutes of my call, and fixed the problem for me. Vinny was extremely polite regarding a situation that was terribly embarassing. Very professional, very polite, very efficient. He was in and out within half an hour, and when he presented me the bill, I was shocked at how reasonable it was. I will recommend GoodSense Plumbing to all my friends and family, and any future plumbing problems I have, I will call them immediately. I am very pleased with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of this company.

I tried everything to unclog my kitchen sink but nothing worked out. I called GoodSense Plumbing, he came on time. Unclogged the kitchen sink pretty fast. He also checked and cleared all washroom sinks and bathtubs. Very polite and excellent service provider. He charged minimum for an hour and did all the job. Keep up your good job GoodSense!!! I will definitely recommend GoodSense.

Thank you for checking that my hot water tank was still under warranty and getting me a new one for no charge. It was pretty quick service and I appreciated the installer's bits of advice. I do have a few suggestions for improvement. Bring and use a drop cloth rather than using my towels and leaving a trail of water on the floor. I think it's reasonable for you to wipe out tank residue in my tub after draining my tank. Not too serious. All in all, I think it was pretty good service.

This is my second time using Good Sense Plumbing. These guys are good,quick and extremely knowledgeable about there trade. Very professional and was most impressed when Glen the owner stopped my to see how his crew was doing with the job. Not many business owners do that. Keep up the great work.
